LOYALTY & CX - RABAT 26/03/26
On March 26, the S350 Loyalty & CX Club will hold its meeting in Rabat, Morocco for the very first time, marking a milestone event for the international professional community in the fields of loyalty marketing, CRM, and customer experience management. As part of the meeting, the inaugural Loyalty & CX Awards Africa ceremony will take place.

The event program will include a business agenda and a formal awards ceremony.
During the business sessions, award nominees and winners will take the stage to present their cases, solutions, and insights, showcasing best practices in customer engagement and experience management from different regions around the world.

The highlight of the meeting will be the awards ceremony honoring the winners of the Loyalty & CX Awards Africa, during which laureates will receive commemorative trophies and diplomas.

Rabat will become another permanent venue for the Club, fostering cross-country dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the strengthening of a global professional community shaping the future of customer experience and loyalty marketing.
